Victoria Highlands is a four phase community that saw nearly 700 new homes built in the Town of East Gwillimbury over a 10 year period. Acting as developer and builder, Averton also developed a school, commercial property and parkland for the community, which consists of single family/detached, semi-detached and townhomes.
