What Neighbours Should Expect

Construction Hours
Our work will follow local bylaws and will not take place outside of permitted hours, unless shared in advance. Operations and work on site will typically take place Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekend and holiday work taking place as required.

Noise
Some noise is inherent to construction. We will strictly comply with municipal standards, schedule high-impact activities during permitted times, and remain attentive to neighbourhood concerns.

Dust & Site Cleanliness
We take site cleanliness seriously. Dust control and debris management will take place on site and surrounding streets, including street cleaning as necessary.

Traffic & Sidewalk Access
Temporary lane closures or changes to traffic patterns may occur. Wherever possible, we will minimize impact and ensure safe pedestrian access.
