As the third-party construction manager on Liberty Tower Condos & Towns, Averton added a 24-storey building with Lake Ontario views to the Liberty Village skyline, between Strachan & Dufferin. They 24-storey tower had a total building area of 288,880 sq.ft. and is connected to its sister tower, Bliss Condos, by a 10 storey amenity podium. Twenty 3-storey townhomes also reside along the base between the two buildings.
