With a consistent aim to improve the quality of living in our communities, Averton is a proud supporter of:
Building For Champions
The “Building for Champions” program is designed to acknowledge the hard work and dedication it takes to build strong communities. Our “Champions” are the Police Officers, Doctors, Nurses, all staff working in a hospital or long-term care facility, Paramedics, Military Personnel, Teachers, Firefighters and Municipal employees—all the roles responsible for establishing and maintaining the communities that we live in.
While Averton helps to build communities, we believe that supporting those same communities is just as important. That’s why if you’re a ‘Champion’ of Alberta/Ontario and fall into one of these categories, you will receive a special discount on any new Averton home.
In addition, as part of the Building for Champions Averton is honoured to donate to the following community causes:
For every home that is purchased in Edmonton and/or the surrounding regions, a donation will be given to the Lois Hole Hospital for Women.
For every home purchased in Ontario, a community organization that is local to the building area will receive a donation.
Full House Lottery
For over 25 years the Full House Lottery has raised over $80 million to support Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation and University Hospital Foundation in Edmonton. Averton is proud to have designed and built 6 Grand Prize Homes for the Full House Lottery, including the 2024 Grand Prize 2 Home – The Boulevard. Tickets purchased for the Full House Lottery support a new operating theatre for cancer surgery and hospital care for patients with dementia at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women, and research towards life-changing Alzheimer’s treatments at the University Hospital.
